Terms & Conditions
To reserve your date and the items listed on the contract, we require a deposit equal to 1/3 (one-third) of total of products/services/rentals, along with signed and dated Terms & Conditions. The deposit will be credited towards the total balance owed. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards.
All balances are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check charge.
Minimum rental is $500 with a $100 setup / breakdown fee. In the event that selected rentals need only be delivered and not installed or setup, a delivery charge may apply and will be determined at time of contract signing.
Once a contract has been signed and deposit received, the contract is confirmed with Crystal Celebrations by ella. In the event of cancellation, initial deposits are non-refundable.
If damage or loss occurs to any rented item, the client will be responsible to replace the item(s). The replacement charge is different from the rental price and is equal to 2 (two) times the rental rate.
If any item listed on contract is not returned, damaged, returned with pieces missing, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement rate will be charged. It is the client’s responsibility to report known and/or recognizable damages and/or shortages to Crystal Celebrations by ella within 24 hours of event or the replacement charges will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. In the event of damages and/or shortages discovered by Crystal Celebrations by ella (after breakdown and pickup of rented items), you will be notified within 48 hours and replacement charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
The client is responsible for all items listed on the contract at all times. Any loss which occurs at the client’s venue or while in their possession, will be the client’s responsibility. Once delivery and setup services are complete, the items are the responsibility of the client. It is important to communicate any issues immediately so we can resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible.
*PLEASE NOTE: While there may be an occasional guest that would like to have a sparkly “momento” or “keepsake” of your special day, please understand that missing crystals will be charged at a per-crystal premium. Our crystals are vintage and specially selected, repurposed, and included in our custom designs. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Crystal Celebrations by ella provides complimentary setups for package rentals, only. All items and installation times are confirmed with the venue prior to the event date.
Crystal Celebrations by ella will pickup the rentals immediately following your event based on arrangements made with venue. Delivery charges of $0.50 per mile will be incurred if travel is required 50 miles or more outside of the Capital Region of New York State. Mileage charges will be noted on your contract.
For out-of-area events where overnight accommodations are necessary, client will be responsible for usual and customary rates and will be confirmed and approved by client, in advance.
